We’re on a mission to help good causes tell their story through the art of film.  We listen & learn to create insights and then craft individual stories to help causes make an impact. We inspire audiences to act and are working to make the world a better place.

The content we create stands out from the rest because the stories we create are rooted in ethnography. Our experience lies in carefully and respectfully entering foreign environments around to globe and listening to the stories people have to tell. Through this process we build trust. Every great story comes from making a human connection. We spend quality time establishing a relationship and understanding the individuals we select to feature in the videos we create. We’ve found that making an emotional connection with an audience comes from being honest and truthful. This means exploring vulnerabilities, origin stories and challenges that reveal the humanity of an issue.

From the beginning we set out with deliberate intention to NOT create promotional videos. Psychology tells us that people aren’t persuaded to do things because someone tells them. Our philosophy is quite the opposite, we present truths in a compelling manner and allow audiences to arrive at their own conclusion. Without a doubt this approach has provided results for our clients that are leaps and bounds above approaches that result in promotional videos.

We’ve had great success with creating documentary style impact films. This means that we focus on individuals who will tell your story for you. This is an amazingly powerful approach – it’s the path to developing shareable content and will ensure your efforts get the attention they deserve. Impact stories focus on the people who’s lives have been changed because of the work you are doing. These individuals are your best advocates. We will work with them and hone their story to be a vessel for conveying the larger global development issues at hand.

We have over ten years of experience conducting ethnographic research, deriving creative strategy and producing documentary style films.  It is as much about strategic thinking as it is about taking a disruptive approach to telling an evocative story.
